Returns & Refund Policy

If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your jinki purchase, jinki offer a 30-day no-questions-asked Return & Refund Policy from the time of receiving your purchase.

To initiate a Return & Refund, contact us at support@jinki.com for our return shipping address and explicit shipping instructions.

Eligibility for Refunds on Returns:

Eligibility for Refunds on Returns will be dependant on the purchaser meeting the following criteria:

1. The purchased item is returned to the address supplied on contact with jinki.

2. The purchaser bears all initial costs associated with return postage.

3. The purchaser acknowledges that the return postage costs will be strictly non-      refundable, excepting where the purchased product returned was found to be        faulty due to manufacturing and/or material defects.   

4. The purchased item is returned to jinki by the purchaser in 'as new' condition.

5. The item is returned by the purchaser to jinki with all original tags, and in its            original packaging. 

6. The purchaser presents jinki with receipted proof of purchase.

7. The return shipping is supplied with tracking.

8. The purchaser supplies jinki with the tracking number upon initiating return            shipping.

 

Once jinki have received the returned Item and assessed it for meeting the above Returns & Refund criteria, we will promptly issue you a refund within 1-3 business days.

 

Please Note:  Any item purchased in any of our ‘SALE’ offers, or otherwise discounted, is final, and not eligible for a refund, return, exchange or any promotion code discount.

Promotion Codes

Promotion codes DO NOT apply to any SALE item or any other discounted offer or bundle offer. 

Combined purchases of regular priced items and sale priced items will only be afforded a promotion code discount against the regular priced items contained within that purchase combination.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can effectively evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received by jinki, it will be inspected and assessed for refund approval. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items that are supplied without manufacturing faults or material defects.

Returns do NOT apply to gift cards.
